Founder & PrincipalDru is a 20-year renewable energy development executive who has spent his career leading utility-scale pipelines from origination through construction. Prior to founding DevCore Development Partners, Dru served as Vice President of Development at Apex Clean Energy and Chief Development Officer at Galehead Development.
Over his career, he has built, scaled, and managed development teams responsible for advancing multi-gigawatt portfolios of wind, solar, and energy storage assets across the United States, with a deep specialization in navigating the unique regulatory, land, and interconnection dynamics of the ERCOT grid. He founded DevCore to give institutional investors, IPPs, and infrastructure funds access to elite, senior-level development capacity without the burden of permanent G&A.
